Return and Exchange Policy:
Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for
all returns. Items must be returned in new or unused condition
and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Special order items may not be returned. Opened and/or used unsealed
DVD's, CD's, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and may only
be returned for replacement. All non-defective returned items will be inspected
and awarded a partial refund minus original shipping charge and actual return
shipping fees if
opened or used. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,
etc.).
**Products received without an RMA number will be returned to sender.**
How to Return or Exchange an
Item:
To return or exchange an item, please contact us using our return form
by clicking here. Please include your
name, order number, the item being returned and the reason for the return. We will begin the return process and email
the RMA number and return instructions to you within two business days.
We will send a return label via email.
Please print the label and affix it to your package. See instructions printed
on the return label for drop-off locations.
Refunds:
You should expect to receive your refund in four weeks (or less) of shipping
your return to Morningbite.com. This time period includes the return shipping
time and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your
bank to process the refund once we have processed it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund
once we've received and processed the returned item.
Defective Returns and
Exchanges:
Incorrect items, defective items and items damaged
at time of delivery may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Defective and damage return items will be
inspected and awarded a partial refund minus original shipping charge and
actual return shipping fees if found to be not defective or damaged. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error.
